A Miner Detail has obtained exclusive video of the October 5 Hagerstown Mayoral forum that was hosted by the Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

The morning forum, held at the Hager Hall Conference & Event Center, featured current Hagerstown Mayor David Gysberts and former Mayor Robert Bruchey. Gysberts and Bruchey first squared off against one another in a 2009 mayoral contest that reelected Bruchey. However, four yers later in 2012, Gysberts ran again for the top job in Hagerstown and ousted Bruchey.

Four years later: the same contest, same candidates, similar issues.
