Keefer spotted multiple times in Berkeley Springs

Three separate sources have reported to A Miner Detail that Washington County Commissioner Wayne Keefer has been spotted multiple times in Berkeley Springs, Wv. over the last month.

Keefer is a Hancock resident.

Sources reported to A Miner Detail that Keefer has been frequenting unsavory and disreputable portions of town, spending ample time at a seedy Berkeley Springs dive.

Keefer refuses to respond to A Miner Detail’s request for comment.
