VIDEO: MoCo Women October meeting

Better late than never.

The MoCo Women organization – founded on Donald Trump’s second night in office – has been busy as of late, hosting candidate forums and organizing motivated women (and men, too) to become involved in local, state and federal politics.

The Women’s organization held their October 18th meeting at the Gaithersburg Library and featured Montgomery County Board of Education member Jill Ortman-Fouse as well as four Democratic candidates – Nadia Hashimi, Roger Manno, Andrew Duck and Aruna Miller – running for Maryland’s 6th Congressional District.

A Miner Detail attended the meeting and is happy to provide video of Ortman-Fouse and the CD-6 candidates’ speeches.

Kudos to Lisa Fuller and many others for their civic activism.
