Republican congressional hopeful Amie Hoeber’s second campaign mailer arrived today in our mailbox. Hoeber’s second mailer highlights her extensive national security experience and touts the endorsements she’s received from “more than a dozen retired Generals and Admirals.”
Side one:
Side two:
Please note that Hoeber’s mailer is in accordance with federal election law. A proper authority line is printed on side two, highlighting which campaign finance entity paid for the mailer.
Yesterday I reported on twice-suspended attorney Robin Ficker’s illegal campaign mailer. Ficker’s mailer was in violation of federal election law in that it failed to include a proper authority line. (Ficker’s mailer did not include who paid for the mailer.)
