The General Assembly is knee-deep into its thirday week ! Last Friday, Gov. Larry Hogan (R) released his administration’s FY 2020 state budget. 

Senators Guy Guzzone (D-Howard) and George Edwards (R-Garrett/Allegany/Washington) joined Ryan Miner and Len Lazarick at Harry Browne’s on Wednesday evening to offer their thoughts on the governor’s budget and the process moving forward.
