I was, and still am, ecstatic to learn that Gov. Larry Hogan, Maryland’s common-sense conservative first-term governor, has voiced his strong opposition to the Republican Party’s biggest mistake in a century and has vowed not to vote for Donald Trump in the general election.
I stand in solidarity with Gov. Hogan and fully support his decision not to vote for the absolute worst presidential candidate in the history of our republic.
The Washington Post has the story:
During a visit to Prince George’s County on Wednesday, Hogan answered the question directly.
“No, I don’t plan to,” Hogan said when asked whether he would cast a ballot for Trump. “I guess when I get behind the curtain I’ll have to figure it out. Maybe write someone in. I’m not sure.”
Thank you, Gov. Hogan, for taking a principled stance.
