Montgomery County Council at-large candidate Will Jawando will kick off his campaign for County Council this Saturday, September 16, at Hen Quarter in Silver Spring, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
Jawando is a former Obama Administration official and practicing attorney who lives in Silver Spring with his wife and three daughters.
