So the flyer is pretty self-explanatory. Frederick County is hosting a CD6 debate with a moderator that did not buy his seat at the table. Charles Stimson has an impressive resume and also has the distinct benefit of not going into the debate with an axe to grind in support of an issue that ranks #38 on the importance scale to voters.
