Chad Smith pitches Hagerstown on City Council appointment

Immediately after news broke the Donald F. Munson resigned his seat on the Hagerstown City Council, fitness expert and business owner Chad Smith announced his intention to apply for Munson’s vacant Council seat. Smith will be interviewed by A Miner Detail Radio host Ryan Miner on Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, at 9:00 p.m. Smith will talk about why he wants to fill Munson’s seat, the biggest issues facing the City of Hagerstown, and Smith will share his vision for the City.
